I loved the location and proximity to the river, made for really nice walks in the morning or evenings when I go back to the hotel. The coffee on the ground floor was also good. The staff were all really friendly and lovely, super helpful and attentive. When another guest arrived too early for check-in and asked to wait at one of the cafe tables, they served them water while they waited. The hotel was really nicely designed, too. While the rooms were small, they were very comfortable and cosy. For such a small room and space the hotel has, the bathrooms were actually very large in comparison, and larger than some 4 or 5-star hotels I've stayed at in Japan (baths are overrated, I appreciated the functional and no-fuss shower a lot). The toiletries also felt very luxurious! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is a gem of a place. The receptionist stayed up late to check me in as my flight was delayed, and throughout my stay I was always greeted with a friendly face. The café downstairs is cozy and the brunch is amazing (though a bit expensive). The corner room I had was beautiful, with view to the river. The shared bathroom seemed new, always clean and of good quality (loved the shower). Most of all, I enjoyed the little details such as tasteful flowers, a list of recommendations what to do in the area, clear instructions on facilities. Finally the area is really nice, full of small, stylish and unique restaurants, bars and cafés (Japanese, European, Mexican etc). I loved being close to the water, too. Overall, a perfect stay. Thanks!

From the first moment the staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly and helpful. As I was pregnant I asked for a calm room and we got a wonderful room with partial river view (although we booked the cheapest category). The bathroom is so chic and the toiletries are luxurious! We loved the breakfast, I ordered the grilled salmon everyday ;-) We appreciated the location a lot - away from the crowds of Dotonbori (but still only a short ride with the metro) and close to the Castle with its beautiful blooming plum trees and Nakazachiko area with cosy little cafes. We didn’t like the touristy areas and were happy to rather chill in the neighbourhood of the Noum Hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the staff are amazing, speak great English and so friendly ,the breakfast 5 star. The room is tastefully done. Was plenty of room for a solo traveler. They got me an extra pillow no issues . The shared bathroom and toilets are immaculate and not inconvenient. There is on 5th floor microwave, fridge and hot cold water . If you want central Osaka this is not for you but I loved the quietness away from the hustle bustle . It’s a 10 minute walk to train station so easy to get to main part . Lots of 7/11 , Lawson and family mart nearby. Large shopping mall with lots of eateries across the bridge . Cute cafes nearby

Lovely, stylish hotel on river near Osaka Castle. Really comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Served great coffee in the bar/ cafe area in foyer and great breakfast choice. Stayed in twin bunk room which had plenty of space including sofa area (rare find based on previous hotels) and shared bathroom facilities which were excellent and spotless - always toilets and showers to use. In a quieter location which suited us but only short walk and tube ride from the main centre and Dotonburi area. Great coffee shops and bagel store nearby as well as restaurants. Cant recommend this hotel highly enough, superb and great value.
